Listed below are some of the positions for which we are currently recruiting. All positions are located in Manhattan unless otherwise specified.
- An award winning national firm is in need of a SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER, someone who is currently a VP or Associate and looking to be on a Principal Track. This Lead Designer is expected to provide strategic guidance and creative new concept ideas for projects around the globe. This firm specializes in ground up corporate, educational, and health care projects and has a diverse client base. As a senior member of the firm this candidate will be closely involved with the preparation and presentation of the firm’s work for new proposals with current and prospective clients.
- CORPORATE PRACTICE LEADER for the Interior Division of a good size Architecture Firm. The ideal candidate would be someone who is currently a SR. ASSOCIATE in a firm and ready to make the leap to Associate Principal. The background should include good knowledge of work place strategies and the ability to utilize space more efficiently and cost effectively and make recommendations for analysis of current and future space needs and manage this process. This candidate should be able to lead a team and participate in the Marketing process.
- SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER for an Architectural and Interior firm; this candidate needs to be experienced in programming, concept design, able to generate three dimensional hand and electronic sketches, do space planning, and coordinating finishes and furniture design. Degree in Architecture or Interiors required plus eight to twelve years experience. This office is located in the suburbs.
- SENIOR HEALTH CARE PROJECT MANAGER; Licensed Architect LEED AP and a Health Care Pro with fifteen to twenty years experience in this sector. Responsible for scheduling, budgeting, project staffing, quality control, consultant agreements, and supervising the project team; must have the ability to work within the constraints of cost, time and budget, must listen to client's needs and fulfill their expectations effectively. This position is with a multi-disciplined office and requires a BArch and MArch.
- SENIOR OR MID-LEVEL INTERIOR ARCHITECT with a portfolio showing Hotel and Restaurant concepts primarily for International Projects. This is a position with a highly published Boutique firm with diverse project types and as such requires a certain amount of sophistication and management skills.
- PROJECT ARCHITECT for small NYC office specializing in Mid-rise and Theater projects. The position requires good construction document production skills and good knowledge of NYC codes. Degree and five to six years experience are necessary.
