Listed below are some of the positions for which we are currently recruiting. All positions are located in Manhattan unless otherwise specified.

• SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER who has excellent credentials, such as a Degree from an Ivy League school, experience with innovative Design firms, a sense of where the state of Architecture is at this time, and a desire to pursue new forms and really new ideas about buildings. Obviously, this means very good communication skills, client relations for a “think type” design office. Projects are generally large scale, and include master planning, competitions and feasibility studies using both free hand and digital skills.
• SENIOR ARCHITECT for service-oriented client who need help with programming really complex projects. Must demonstrate strong technical skills and construction ability, manage internal team, keep budget under control, work effectively with consultants for Performing Art complexes, Higher Education, Libraries and Theater projects.
• SENIOR INTERIOR CREATIVE DESIGNER with a folio demonstrating conceptual design skills, exceptional graphic skills and an ability to think “outside of the box.” Must be familiar with AutoCad, be able to draw, and direct a team. Evidence of a whole new approach to Interior Design is a requirement. This position is with a large firm known for its diverse project types.
• SENIOR PROJECT ARCHITECT with sound Health Care experience, plus experience in supervising staff, red lining drawings, detailing, handling construction administration and field supervision for suburban firm; good opportunity to be on Partner track with a small rapidly growing firm.
