  • ARCHITECTURAL-INTERIOR HOSPITALITY STUDIO DIRECTOR sought by mid-size design firm. Strong design experience for Hotels and Restaurants necessary, as well as the ability to run the operations of the Studio. The studio also does some retail and residential work. The design involves both a contemporary as well as traditional esthetic. This is a key spot in a published firm.
  • LICENSED HEALTH CARE ARCHITECT/PROJECT MANAGER Provide overall project supervision & management of team members, including outside resources, assist in the development of proposed scope, budgets & scheduling; maintain solid client relationship.
  • PRINCIPAL LEVEL PROJECT MANAGER with 10+ years experience, five of these as a Lead Project Manager on higher education projects; be strategic minded, committed to Design excellence, and accustomed to monitoring all aspects of a project, including schedules, budgets and coordination of all projects office-wide; participate in new business development. Good writing and graphic skills plus LEED certification necessary for this well recognized firm.
  • ARCHITECTURAL HOTEL DESIGNER with 8-12 years hotel experience, for small New York office working on Asian hotel projects. Must show strong conceptual design portfolio with 3D images for new large hotels.
